Shipping

I have been supplying printed music for 40 years! I am a one man operation and I work everyday trying my best to supply music to you as quickly as I am able to. Please Do Not assume anything until you have your music. Dealing in printed music is difficult and complicated. Standard items can go temporarily out of print for months overnight. If you need something quickly always let me know and I will try to accomodate you. Please be respectful and polite when requiring about your order. I can supply hundreds of thousands of pieces but it takes as long as it takes and that may be longer than you think! It takes a lot of time to wrap packages and I do that with care so your music arrives in perfect condition. I look forward to serving you!

Shipping times vary depending on the item you order. Some items take longer than others.

  1. If you need your music "As Soon As Possible", choose Next Day Shipping. Order must be received by 11am Central time Monday thru Friday in order for us to make our UPS deadline of 3pm Central Time. Subject to availability, so please confirm with us.
  2. Media Mail = Non Priority. We will process those orders after the ones that are "Urgent". (Delivery times vary so please do let us know your time frame so we can better serve you)
  3. We work as hard as we can to supply music for you. Never assume just because you order a piece of music that you are going to receive it in 2 days or 30 days. Supplying music takes the time that it takes. If you wait until the last minute, it may be impossible for anyone to help you. If you know you are going to need a piece of music in 2 months, please order it as soon as you know you will need it. In the digital age more and more publishers are printing on demand, which may take 3-5 weeks for us to receive. I try to stock those items that may custom prints. Many times I have something in stock when the publisher is out of stock.

Flat Rate $12.95 shipping means Priority Mail for lightweight packages and Media Mail for heavy packages shipped in the USA. If you need something within a 1 or 2 week time period, you need to inform me and order by a faster method if possible.
